googling and your name and company popped ...I
was EXTREMELY wary about giving some one else a
try so I looked at your site and thought
"well he does not want anything up front and
says he can do it in 24-48 hours (which was all I
had at the point in time) so I decided to email
and call you on Weds. Oct 27th. We discussed my
situation and you said that you would do your
best to help us. We started emailing and
faxing all the information the next day, by noon
Thurs. you already knew where you wanted to go
with them and did just that.
By Thurs evening they were [saying] that they
would be willing to accept payment on Monday Oct
2 just one day before the sale of my house was
scheduled
... Friday the bank called me and set up
payment details.
You asked for nothing up front and did the job in
24 hours; because of your kind heart and advanced
knowledge in the TEXAS foreclosure process you
were able find things they did wrong ... forcing
them to work with us.
Because of you; my husband and I are able to
take a deep breath and relax now that everything
is in the clear and we are not stressing for the
house and what we were going to do next.
...I can not stress to you how grateful we are
that you were there to help us. ...thank you so
much and I hope I never have to do this again but
if I know some one who may be going through this
you will be the FIRST number that I give them.
